Bharat Spring supplies quality springs to chassis manufactures of Buses, Trucks, Trailers, Cars and Special vehicles.

The initial stages in Leaf spring manufacture are:

	Cutting of Spring steel Flats into required sizes
	Punching of the center hole
	End-cropping
	Tapering of leaves
	Eye-rolling

After these stages the leaves are ready for heat-treatment. This includes annealing, straightening and tempering. The leaves are shot-peened, which operation creates a surface tension, an improves fatigue strength. Before fitting the bushes, the eye of the main leaf will be bored to close tolerance. The leaves are then ready for assembly.
